At Capaz+IT, we believe that education and career readiness should be accessible to all—especially bilingual and immigrant communities. Our programs are organized into two connected branches:

  • Community Programs – Free or low-cost offerings that build language, digital, and professional skills for individuals and families.

  • Corporate Programs – Fee-based workforce development services for employers.
     

The two branches work together: revenue from our corporate programs helps keep our community programs affordable or free, ensuring that more people have access to the skills and opportunities they need to thrive.

Community Programs

Capaz+IT’s community programs empower bilingual and immigrant residents to gain the language, digital, and professional skills needed for success in work, school, and life. Our offerings are free or low-cost, built on strong partnerships, and designed to meet learners where they are.

Family Futures – Bilingual Staff Member Certificate Program

Earn a recognized certificate by completing both our ESL and Digital Skills for Careers tracks. Designed for bilingual adults seeking career advancement in healthcare, IT, early education, manufacturing, and more.

Capaz+IT’s Summit corporate programs help employers strengthen their workforce by improving communication, productivity, and leadership capacity among bilingual and multilingual staff.

Summit programs are tailored to each employer’s needs and may include:

Workplace ESL

Customized English language instruction tied directly to job tasks, safety requirements, and customer service needs.

Career Readiness Training
