English

Our ESL program begins with a placement assessment to ensure each student enters the level that best supports their growth. Whether starting with everyday English, developing workplace language, or preparing for professional opportunities, students build skills step by step in a supportive environment.

Digital Skills for Careers

All students complete a digital skills self-evaluation so they can start at the level that matches their abilities. From learning the essential of computers, to building professional tools for the workplace, to advancing into career-focused technology, each level is designed to help participants grow with confidence.

Bridges to Pathways

Students in the Bridges to Pathways program are guided through an evaluation to identify their career goals and readiness. Based on their strengths and needs, they enter a tailored pathway—such as healthcare, early education, IT, or manufacturing—building the skills, certifications, and portfolio needed to move confidently into the workforce.

Participants who complete the requirements for all levels receive a Capaz+IT Certificate of Completion, a career portfolio, a personalized Letter of Reference, and direct assistance in applying for their next job.
